What's New?...
BBS's of the late 80's, and 90's are having a comback, Telnet Ready, and NO Dial-up modem required.
The above picture is an actual BBS (bulletin board system) which I have up, and running using the latest Synchronet software specifically designed to bring the world of bbsing into the 21st century. My BBS is called Paranor BBS which back in 1989 the first version was released to the public using a 1200 baud modem, and using the Wildcat bbs software which was all powered by my Tandy 1000SL(Radio Shack) with 640k of ram, RGB monitor, and a 10 meg hard drive which at that time cost over $700.00 dollars (hard drive). The computer at that time cost me well over $3000.00 dollars with all the bells, and whistles added on.
At the moment I have a website designed for Paranor BBS, called "Paranor BBS on the Web" which you can visit if you like. There are some interesting programs... Read more...

What Is Causing The Strange Noises In The Sky That Are Being Heard All Over The World?
Here is an article (one of many) which is dealing with the strange, and very unusual sounds emitting from the sky (only reason why they are saying that is because you cannot determine where the sounds are coming from) through the later half of 2011, and still happening today March 2012. I will also be posting a couple of videos for you to watch, and give a listen too.

[Part of the Article]
During the second half of 2011, a lot of people all over the planet started reporting hearing really strange noises coming from the sky. In some instances the noises produced a loud rumbling such as a train, a thunderstorm or the slamming of a heavy door would make. In other instances, the noises sounded more like “groaning”. In yet other instances the noises... Read more...

May 18, 2012: On June 5th, 2012, Venus will pass across the face of the sun, producing a silhouette that no one alive today will likely see again.
Transits of Venus are very rare, coming in pairs separated by more than a hundred years. This June's transit, the bookend of a 2004-2012 pair, won't be repeated until the year 2117. Fortunately, the event is widely visible. Observers on seven continents, even a sliver of Antarctica, will be in position to see it.

Windows 8: Does Metro actually work?
By Mary Jo Foley | May 17, 2012, 6:00am PDT
Summary: Using Microsoft’s Metro technology in Windows 8 is like going to a flashy restaurant where your plate is delivered with a tiny morsel of food in the middle, but the rest of the plate is unused, says one tester.
I’m taking a couple weeks off before the busiest part of Microsoft’s 2012 kicks into full gear. But never fear: The Microsoft watching will go on while I’m gone. I’ve asked a few illustrious members of the worldwide Microsoft community to... Read more...
